Convert a Regions Bank statement to Excel
Regions keeps up to seven years of online statements and offers a free Web Connect download for Quicken and QuickBooks. RowBalance turns the statements into Excel or CSV, read in your browser and checked against the statement’s balances.
Not every Regions statement layout has been tested, so try one statement free and check the balance result before you convert a batch. RowBalance is an independent product of Forclev LLC and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Regions. Regions is a trademark of its owner, named only to describe statement compatibility.

Web Connect or statements: which Regions download to use
Regions describes Web Connect as free, one-way connectivity for Quicken and QuickBooks users. On the account details page, select the Download Transactions icon, pick your software in the Select a Format dropdown, choose the accounts and set a date range. The file is made for that software. For a spreadsheet, use the statements.
Regions online statements
While you are enrolled in Online Statements, Regions says you can view, save or print up to seven years of statements. RowBalance reads a statement PDF from where the text sits on the page and checks the opening balance plus the transactions against the closing balance. If your software option gives you a QFX or QBO file, RowBalance reads that too.
How to do it
- In Regions Online Banking, open your online statements and save the PDFs you need.
- Drop them above and check each balance badge.
- Export Excel or CSV free, or QBO, Xero CSV and OFX on a paid plan.
Excel and CSV are free for up to 5 pages a day, or 10 with a free account. QuickBooks, Xero and OFX files and batch conversion are on paid plans, from a $9 one-off pass: see pricing or go back to the converter.
