What is free
Five pages a day, converted to Excel (.xlsx) or CSV, with the balance check and the editable table. There is no watermark, no signup and no email. The allowance counts pages of PDF statements; a CSV, OFX, MT940, camt.053 or BAI2 file counts as one page.
What needs a paid plan
QuickBooks (.qbo), Xero CSV and OFX exports, batch conversion and merging, and larger volumes. A $9 one-off pass gives 200 pages over 7 days, which suits a one-time catch-up or a loan application.
Why free services upload your file
Many free converters send the statement to a server for processing. RowBalance runs in the browser, so the file stays on your computer. Every plan sends the number of pages, plus anonymous usage counts listed on the home page.
How to do it
- Drop a PDF statement above.
- Check the balance badge.
- Download Excel or CSV. See pricing if you need more pages or QuickBooks and OFX files.
Excel and CSV are free for up to 5 pages a day, or 10 with a free account. QuickBooks, Xero and OFX files and batch conversion are on paid plans, from a $9 one-off pass: see pricing or go back to the converter.
