Pricing questions
Do I need an account?
No account is needed to try RowBalance: convert up to 5 pages a day to Excel or CSV. A free account (Google or a one-time email code, no password) raises that to 10 pages a day. Paid plans need an account, so your plan follows you to any device where you sign in.
Why did I hit the limit before converting 5 pages?
Without an account, the daily pages are counted per internet connection. On a shared office, school or VPN connection, other people may have used some of them. A free account gives you your own 10 pages a day.
What counts as a page?
One page of a PDF statement. Other formats (CSV, OFX, MT940, camt.053, BAI2) count as one page per file.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Open Account and choose Change plan: upgrades start now and are prorated, and downgrades start at the end of the period. To cancel, choose Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. The One-off Pass never renews.

How do I use my plan on another computer?
Sign in with the same Google account or email address. Your plan, pages used and billing are tied to your account, not to a browser.
When do monthly pages reset?
On the 1st of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC, not on your billing date. When you subscribe, your pages used start at zero straight away, so a plan bought mid-month gets the full allowance for the rest of that month and a fresh one on the 1st. Yearly plans get the same allowance every calendar month. A One-off Pass has one allowance for its 7 days.
What does a paid plan add for a bookkeeper?
QuickBooks (.qbo), Xero CSV and OFX files, and batch conversion. For example, drop a year of monthly PDFs for a client: each statement gets its own tab and balance check, and you export them as separate files in one .zip, or merged: one Excel or CSV file for all the client's accounts (with Account and Currency columns), or one QuickBooks, Xero or OFX file per account. Excel and CSV stay free.
