How camt.053 is mapped

Each Stmt becomes a statement with its IBAN and currency. Opening (OPBD/PRCD) and closing (CLBD) balances come from Bal, and each booked Ntry becomes a row with its booking date, signed amount, counterparty name and remittance information. Pending entries are left out, so totals match the booked balance.

How to do it

  1. Drop a camt.053 XML file above.
  2. Check the balance for each account.
  3. Download CSV, Excel, QBO or OFX.

Excel and CSV are free for up to 5 pages a day, or 10 with a free account. QuickBooks, Xero and OFX files and batch conversion are on paid plans, from a $9 one-off pass: see pricing or go back to the converter.
