Convert BAI2 files to CSV or Excel

BAI2 record by record

File (01), group (02) and account (03) headers, transaction details (16) with type codes, continuation records (88) and trailers. Credits (type codes 100 to 399) and debits (400 to 699) are signed for you, and amounts in cents are converted to dollars. Each account is checked from opening ledger (010) to closing ledger (015).

How to do it

  1. Drop a BAI2 file above.
  2. Review each account and its balance check.
  3. Download CSV, Excel, QBO or OFX.

Yes. Each 03 account record becomes its own statement, which you can export separately or merge.
