These terms govern your use of RowBalance, provided by Forclev LLC ("we", "us"). By using RowBalance you agree to them.

The service

RowBalance converts bank statements and bank files between formats on your device. It reformats data; it does not provide accounting, tax, legal or financial advice, and it does not categorise transactions.

Accuracy: verify before importing

Statement layouts vary and conversion can be wrong. The balance check helps you find errors but cannot guarantee that every value is correct. You are responsible for reviewing converted data before importing or relying on it.

Plans, billing and refunds

Purchases are sold through Link, Stripe's merchant of record, which handles payment, tax, receipts and transaction support. Paid plans are billed in advance, either once (One-off Pass) or monthly or yearly until cancelled. Subscriptions renew automatically; you can cancel any time in the billing portal and keep access until the end of the paid period. Page allowances reset each month and do not roll over.

Refund policy

Every purchase has a 14-day money-back guarantee. Email support@rowbalance.com within 14 days of a payment, from the email address on your account or with your receipt, and we refund that payment in full. You can also request a refund through Link under its refund policy. A refunded plan ends when the refund is issued, and a refunded subscription is cancelled so it does not renew.

Accounts

An account is for one person or, on the Firm plan, up to five members of your organisation. Do not share sign-in access publicly or resell it. We may suspend accounts that are used abusively, for example to bypass the free limits at scale.

Acceptable use

Only convert statements you are authorised to handle. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass usage limits at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

RowBalance is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Forclev LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses caused by inaccurate conversions, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
